Return & Exchange Policy

Products purchased from Mish Wear can be exchanged within 72 hours of delivery, provided they are unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags attached.

You are eligible for an exchange if:

  • The size, color, or SKU is incorrect

  • There is a manufacturing defect

To initiate an exchange:
📲 Kindly WhatsApp us on the number provided
📦 Include your order number and a brief reason for exchange
Once we receive the product at our warehouse, our team will inspect it and update you at the earliest.

Important Notes

  • While we strive for accurate color representation, minor variations may occur due to lighting, screen differences, or fabric dye batches.

  • We do not offer returns or cash refunds, only size or item exchanges (as per policy).

Delivery Timeframe

  • Standard orders are dispatched within 3–7 working days

  • Festive Pret Collection may take 7–9 working days for dispatch

Payment & Confirmation

If online payment confirmation is not received within 48 hours, the order will be automatically cancelled.
